 Monthly Men's Fellowship Breakfast
This time is intended for guy's to get together and discuss anything that is on their mind, share testimonies, break-through's, time of prayer, and most importantly, a place to go where they can get support and nurturing.
Personal retreats
We have one-day personal retreats where an individual can sign-up for a special time to get together with one or more of the committee members and discuss things that they do not feel comfortable sharing in a larger setting. This is very successful because their guards are down and they can just put things on the table and leave with a clean slate. A personalized plan can be put in place for them to start walking the path that God intended for them.
Day/Weekend retreats
The focus for this is to get guy's together and enjoy a good time of food, fun and fellowship. You can feel free to ask someone how they're doing, and hang around for the response. Who knows it may bethe same thing that they are struggling with but have never found the time to discuss it. The fellowship part is strategic, the more you know about someone the more you feel comfortable sharing, supporting and praying for that person. Accountability plays a big role at these retreats as well.
 Small Groups
After the personal, day/weekend retreats, it time for getting into a small group and continue to grow in the area's that God has called you to, learn more about scripture, prayer, studying the bible, etc. The is also a perfect time to work on trust and just getting to know people at a deeper level. Nobody should leave a small group meeting the same way they came, leave something behind and/or take something with you.
Prayer Support
When people come to any of the events mentioned above, there is always prayer involved, but it has to become a way of life, and other people need to be involved. This is where the intercessory prayer group will get involved, the guy's can fill out a prayer request card and it will be sent to the Intercessory team for more in-depth prayer and follow-up if necessary.
